Went and saw Underworld: Evolution last night with some friends, one of whom made the comment in the Title. I have to admit, it wasn't half bad. Aside from the gratuitous eye-candy moments, Kate B. kicked a lot of ass, both literally and figuratively. No Oscar-winning work of art, but a decent fantasy action flick with a strong female lead who never plays second fiddle to any of the male characters.

I agree with your assessment of the movie. Pretty good for a vampire flick. I almost actually followed the plot line. Entertaining in an undead kick ass kind of way.

Plot? I loved it alot anyway. I thought they showed Kate's face more in this one, as opposed to other areas, than the first one. I like how she gets more powerful...
